Passport books are required — no exceptions. Passport cards and enhanced driver's licenses are NOT valid for air travel to Mexico. All resort guests must be registered by their full passport name and date of birth. If your passport needs renewal, do it now.
All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.

Stephanie has negotiated exclusive rates at this property — up to $600 less than booking direct or through any OTA. This is a deal she wanted to pass along to fellow travelers who'd love this resort. You'll also have Stephanie's full support from the moment you book until you land back home.
You'll also avoid any "third-party" charges or processing fees that pop up when booking through OTAs. This is the cleanest, most protected way to travel.
Yes. A valid passport book is required — no exceptions. Passport cards and enhanced driver's licenses are NOT accepted for international air travel and will not get you on the plane.
All-inclusive resorts also require every guest to check in using their full passport name and date of birth. If your passport is expired or expiring within 6 months of the travel date, renew it now — processing can take several weeks.
Complete the reservation form in the section below. Submit one form per room — not per person. Once Stephanie receives it, she'll follow up to confirm your spot and collect your $250 deposit. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is processed.

If you and a travel companion plan to share a room, coordinate before submitting the form and submit as one reservation. Both guests' names and passport information will be needed. Pricing for 2-adult and 3-adult sharing is listed on each room card above.

Absolutely. The trip dates are January 24–31, 2027, but you're welcome to arrive early or extend your stay. Just let Stephanie know your preferred travel dates when completing the form and she'll take care of the rest.
It is strongly recommended. All deposits and payments are non-refundable. Travel insurance protects your investment if something unexpected comes up — illness, family emergency, flight delays, or cancellations. If insurance is purchased, you may be entitled to compensation per the policy terms, minus any agency cancellation fee.
Book flights as early as possible. Late January travel to Mexico is popular and fares increase as the date approaches. Your flight details must be provided to Stephanie by December 10, 2026 — guests who don't submit their itinerary at least 45 days before departure forfeit included airport transportation.
